I See: A Poem by Raki

To help honor both Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 15 and the 50th anniversary of Dr. King’s assassination in 1968, this short film features 12-year-old Raki Dem's original poem, archival footage from 1968, and animated illustration from Jamie Locke. Making clear, evocative connections between 1968 and 2018, “I See” pushes all of us to grapple with how to best shape the future together.
